Whatever the name of the virus (I hope it won’t be Singapore Virus), has certainly changed Singapore’s landscape quite a bit and we’ve been thinking how can we play at part to stand and work together to fight this virus.
Background
Contact points such as lift buttons and door knobs have already been identified as common points where we need to be aware of. However, there are still other contact points we might have overlooked.
The Problem

What we did
Instead of using ✏️ and 📋 to keep a log of our visitors, we’re now asking our visitors to submit health screening form using their mobile phones.

Office admin to receive email once visitor submitted
By digitising this process, contact points are reduced.
